He’s been an avid follower of politics ever since he won a high school Model UN competition (while in character), and his main interests include foreign relations, gun safety, and environmental sustainability. Before joining Clause Out, Dan was a writer with credits in The New Yorker, The National Memo, and the History Channel. He is also a veteran stand-up comic and a competitive runner.
